Why Support the Alliance Française de Tucson?
The Alliance Francaise de Tucson is a nonprofit organization that is self-financed through class fees, annual membership dues, fundraisers, and donations. We would not be able to exist without the generosity of our members and friends who have supported us since 1973.
Please consider making a donation to the AFT. Each contribution, small or large, allows us to continue to offer cultural and educational programs that further the study of the French language and Francophone cultures. The continued success of our school, our library, and cultural programs depends on your financial support.
Your donations help us:
-Buy supplies and resources for our classes and activities.
-Make improvements to our library and classroom space.
-Support the general operations of the AFT.
-Organize Cultural Events for the diverse community of Tucson.
The Alliance Francaise of Tucson is a charitable educational organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service under code section 501 (c) (3). Donations are state and federally tax-deductible, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

- Employer Matching Gift Programs. Employer matching gift programs allow you to double your gift to the AFT. Ask your employer about the paperwork needed to effect a matching gift.
- Planned Giving. Please consider the AFT in your estate plans. We appreciate AFT members and friends who have already named the AFT as a beneficiary. A direct bequest in your last will and testament or the naming of the AFT as a beneficiary of your IRA or insurance policy would help us make great strides in furthering our educational and cultural purpose. The AFT is also able to receive real estate in certain cases. For more information, please call the Director at (520) 881-9158.
We also accept in-kind donations of supplies, French books, furniture and equipment.
